Last night, Brody, astutely pointed out the contents of Fazzoli’s Combination Entrée: ½ Spaghetti, ½ Lasagna, and ½ fettuccini.

In the Wake of Allison

We were surprised Tuesday night by tropical storm Allison. The storm brought with it high winds and severe thunderstorms... but that was just the beginning of Allison's wrath.

After a beautiful Wednesday, she awoke us EARLY Thursday morning (at about 4:00) with claps of thunder and non-stop lightning (still nothing like our first camping experience!). While Allison was parked north of Houston (around College Station), she kicked off storms that spun back down our direction. This particular storm planted itself above us and rained some 10 inches in 6-8 hours. The news was all over the flooding and stalled cars (it was pretty bad even by the time I ventured to work).

If Allison was a tropical storm... we're not looking forward to our first hurricane.

Laughed All Day. Very Funny

My father-in-law, George, told us he and a buddy pass a homeless guy while they're to and from work sites. He goes on to explain that this particular panhandler had a sign that read Haven't Eaten All Day. Very Hungry

If you don't know George, he's quite a ornery booger (and as such is a great addition to the Price Family Tree). He wanted to make a sign that read: Worked All Day. Very Tired.
